Two people were asked to complete a task. They were given 2 hours, it was done in 30 minutes. Both people worked equally as hard. One person received thanks and some cash. The other received, well, nothing.
Also not Quikrete drift, just some Scandinavian Flick :)

assuming you were person B, and person B did not get a bonus, was person A the supervisor/boss or otherwise technically more responsible for the job getting done?

I am person b. Person a did not have any higher responsibility, actually that would have been person b. Also supervisor/boss (if you can call it that) is person b, and it is not in person b's general scope to perform the work requested.

Lol. They don't pay me enough, definitely not enough to do both people's work (I make less than the average Wal-Mart employee)
Honestly my time with this place is not long. This is just another bullshit situation on top of many other bullshit situations

depending on the details, it could be person who received the cash's resonsibility to divide up the money between you two. The 'customer' could have just simply been going to a single point of contact because it was easier.
